About
Dr. Vivek Kumar Jha is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Audiology and Speech, Language Pathology, Faculty Of Allied Health Sciences, Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana, India. He is an academic scholar who has completed his B.S.L.H. S from SRMC & RI, Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai, M.A.S.L.P from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and Ph.D. from Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana. To his credit expertise and capability, there are numerous projects and publications. He has an excellent track record in academic institutions of high repute and is actively engaged in teaching, research, administration, and service to Audiology, Speech, Language Pathology, and Special education profession. He has delivered talks, and keynote addresses, chaired several conference/seminar sessions in various academic programs, and participated in panel discussions organized by National and International Conferences. Before joining SGT University, Dr. Vivek Kumar Jha served as HOD, of the Rehabilitation Unit of Speech and Hearing, Himalayan Institute of medical sciences, Dehradun, Principal at R.P Institute of Speech and Hearing, Karnal, Haryana, and Principal at the Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth deemed to be University, Vadodara, Gujarat. He is the founder member of several speech and hearing institutes in north India. He is a life member of the Indian Speech and Hearing Association. He has written several books for students of speech and hearing, Clinical psychology, Special education, Medical, and Para-medical students. He has contributed to the field of Speech and Hearing and research as an editor of various reputed journals. His research area covers industrial audiology, Clinical Psychology, and rehabilitation audiology.
