Training Programme on Stuff Chilly Pickle Preparation (Under CAG)

One day training programme on Stuff Chilly Pickle making was organized by the department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Allied Health Science, SGT University at village Khera Khurrampur, Gurugram, Haryana on 27 September 2019. Total 6 women participated in the programme. Dr. Vatsala Saharan, Assistant professor, Faculty of Allied Health Science along with Dr. G. B. Bhatt and five students of Nutrition & Dietetics demonstrated the pickle preparation procedures in detail. Stuff Chilly Pickle is demand in nearby markets and by this they can earn their livelihood.
