Project planning for any one disease.
To Plan a project for one disease, execute the plan in real situation, collection, management of project data.

Submitting computed data.
To feed and analysis project   data, submit computed data of the assigned project work and report writing.

Preparation of case history of a patient.
To prepare case history of a patient with recording of feeding information and submitting data on assigned work in hard disc and hard copy as well.
