A workshop was conducted by Dhwani, Academic Association of the Department of Audiology and Speech language Pathology. The workshop was conducted on 31st of May 2022 on Hands on training-Hearing Aid Fine tuning. The event was attended by Dr. Sham Lal Singla Pro Chancellor , Prof. (Dr.) M Ejaz Hussain Dean FAHS, Prof. (Dr.) Santosh Kumar HOD ASLP, Miss Swati Mahendru (Advisor Dhwani) and other staff members of the department. Miss Shivani Verma from GN Resound was the guest speaker for the workshop. A presentation was given by Ms. Shivani on the basics and the recent advancements in the field of hearing aids. After the presentation Dean Faculty of Allied Health Sciences gave a talk to the students and felicitated the guest speaker. After the Felicitation, a hands-on event was conducted to give a practical demonstration on hearing aid programming and fine tuning.
