Continuing Medical Education (CME)

On 16th February 2017, the Postgraduate and B.Sc. Nutrition & Dietetics 2nd & 3rd Year students participated in a CME organized by Indian Dietetics Association, Delhi Chapter at Paras Hospital, Gurgaon. The group was led by the Faculty member Dr. Akanksha Yadav. The topic of CME was The Entrepreneurial Dietician and Food Service Trends in Health Care. The key speaker was Ms. Beatriz Dykes, Adjunct Prof, City University of New York. A Panel Discussion on benefits of healthy foods & oils on the brain was also held with with the panellist, Ms. Rekha Sharma, National President, IDA, Mrs. Neelanjana Singh, President, IDA, Ms. Rashi, Chief Dietician & Dr. Jatinder Kumar, Medical Director, Paras Hospital. Overall session was very beneficial and knowledgeable for the students.
