Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences and Optometry, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, SGT University, under the aegis of SGT Ophthalmological Association and Oculus Academy organised a workshop on “- Automated Perimetry” on 21st Feb, 2022.
The workshop was aimed at upgrading the skills of Residents, Optometry Students and faculty of Ophthalmology & Optometry in the techniques of Comprehensive Evaluation of Glaucoma.
After a brief inauguration by Prof Sham Singla, Advisor,Prof O P Kalra, Vice Chancellor, Prof Gen SPS Kochar, Dean-FMHS, Prof Dr.A.K.Khurana, Prof & Head, Dept of Ophthalmology, welcomed the dignitaries and guest faculty and highlighted the importance of this workshop on Automated Perimetry of Glaucoma Diagnosis.
The Guest Speaker Dr. Suneeta Dudey, Head Glaucoma Services, SCEH,Daryaganj, New Delhi, has a rich teaching and clinical experience. She is Glaucoma/Cataract Surgeon of international repute. She has many publications in national and international Journals. She has many Presentations at national & international forums, as invited Guest Faculty. The workshop began with a lecture on the various aspects of the topic followed by Hands on Demonstration of all important and essential steps of interpretation of automated field charts (HFA).
