A Day Training Programme on Value Added Vermicelli Preparation (Under CAG)

A one day training programme on vermicelli preparation was organized by the department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Allied Health Science, SGT University at village Khera Khurrampur, Gurugram, Haryana on 20 September 2019. Total 7 women participated in the programme. Dr. Vatsala Saharan, Assistant professor, Faculty of Allied Health Science along with Dr. Bhatt and five student of Nutrition & Dietetics demonstrated the procedure of making value added vermicelli in detail, explained the potential benefits of value addition.
